I’m Peter West, a founder and technology leader.

At Qualiti, I founded and led an AI testing company, working across product, engineering, customers, and business strategy, and raised more than $12M.

At Seva Development, I built and scaled a global engineering organization serving enterprise customers.

Running companies has shaped how I approach technology. I think about the product, the team, and the business together, and I’m comfortable working across those responsibilities.

At Provar, I built a team and helped shape new AI-first platforms for functional testing and agent evaluation.

That team developed a software factory for agent-driven development. I subsequently conceived and built an insights platform to help teams understand and improve their own factories.

This work brings together several interests: useful AI products, effective engineering organizations, and the systems that let people and agents work well together.

I like clear thinking, capable teams, and concrete evidence.

I’m comfortable with ambiguity early in a project, and I work to turn it into direction people can act on. I also enjoy staying close enough to the technology to understand its possibilities, limitations, and practical consequences.
